The Production Manager position at Spotted Yeti Media is a fulltime and salaried position. This is a mid-level leadership role that can best be summed up as a shooter-editor, assisting in all areas of production. The ideal candidates should be a jack-of-all-trades, displaying proven technical capabilities as well as a talent for storytelling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Producer in executing video productions by managing project details, prep work, and deadlines.
  • Crew production shoots as needed (camera operation, lighting, audio, etc.).
  • Edit short format marketing videos. This can include creating visually engaging storytelling pieces, scripting interview-based productions, and branding new content for our clients.
  • Occasionally serve as Producer on select projects.
  • Participate in creative discussions and contribute to team brainstorming sessions for new video concepts.
  • Maintain all edit stations, update software, and recommend new tools to keep current with industry trends.
  • Manage media files.
  • Periodically lead client review meetings and edit sessions.
  • Contribute to company marketing (social media, website updates, blog writing, etc.).
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines and deliverables in a timely, professional manner.


  • Proven video experience with a strong portfolio of project examples.
  • Client relationship and employee management skills.
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects at once.
  • A strong sense of storytelling and the ability to identify new and creative ways to approach how we tell stories through video.
  • Fluent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Apple hardware and software. After Effects knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in operating video equipment.

Employees are expected to work at minimum a 40-hour workweek. Some nights and weekends are required due to project deadlines or production shoots.
