For ten years, Spotted Yeti Media has partnered with People Working Cooperatively (PWC), a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through critical home repairs, energy conservation, and accessibility modifications for low-income homeowners. Serving residents across southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeast Indiana, PWC completes more than 7,000 services each year, helping nearly 9,000 individuals stay safe, healthy, and independent in their homes
As PWC approached its 50th anniversary, they once again turned to Spotted Yeti to help share their remarkable story. This milestone was more than a celebration. It was a chance to honor a legacy of service, inspire future supporters, and highlight the ripple effect of PWC’s impact across entire neighborhoods.
To honor their milestone year and set the stage for future growth, PWC needed a comprehensive video strategy that could educate, engage, and inspire multiple audiences. Together, we defined their goals and produced a comprehensive library of video content.

Our team designed a Smart Video Package to maximize storytelling impact, extend the life of PWC’s content, and deliver audience-specific assets across multiple channels. The strategy combined evergreen brand storytelling with targeted short-form videos for events, social media, broadcast, and donor engagement.
Each video was crafted with intention, ensuring that every piece of content worked together to tell one cohesive story about PWC’s mission and the ripple effect of their work in the community. Content included:
Anniversary Kickoff Video – A short, high-energy launch piece to generate excitement for the 50th anniversary year.
50th Anniversary Feature Video – A long-form story produced for PWC’s live celebration event, with an alternate social cut to expand reach.
“Who We Are” Brand Story Video – An evergreen piece for web and donor outreach, highlighting PWC’s impact beyond home repairs. Two shorter re-edits focused on data-driven results and client testimonials.
Client Testimonial Series – Personal stories showcasing how PWC’s services restore safety, dignity, and hope for local homeowners.
Broadcast Weatherization Spots (:15 and :30) – Targeted TV ads informing residents about available energy-saving services.
"$50 for 50" Motion Graphic Ad – A dynamic digital spot supporting the “Give $50 for 50 Years” donation campaign.
Animated 50th Anniversary Logo – A unifying visual element reinforcing brand consistency across all videos.
With our Smart Video Packages, we aim to be an extension of your marketing team. Together with PWC, we built a foundation for strategic storytelling, helping their team communicate with clarity and confidence across every platform. This included:
For mission-driven organizations like PWC, one video isn’t enough. By investing in a Smart Video Package, PWC gained a library of evergreen, audience-specific assets that not only celebrated a milestone but also advanced their mission year-round. Smart Video gave them the strategy and flexibility to keep inspiring their community long after the cameras stopped rolling.
"I’m a big believer that storytelling through video is a game-changer, and Spotted Yeti proved that to be true with the outstanding, high-quality work they delivered to PWC, providing us with a library of sharp, on-brand content that helps us clearly communicate our mission to our audiences. Working with Spotted Yeti was so beneficial to our organization. Their team understands our mission, and they were able to dive into the project with me from day one, working in lockstep the entire time. Their team took the time to really understand our goals, our preferences, and our strategy – it’s a true partnership." - Bridget Kochersperger, Marketing & Events Director
Our partnership with PWC has grown far beyond a business relationship. We’ve witnessed firsthand how their work transforms lives, and we’ve had the privilege of meeting homeowners whose stories stay with us long after the cameras stop rolling.
Each client we meet reminds us why PWC’s work matters. Their courage, gratitude, and resilience inspire us to tell these stories with the care and authenticity they deserve.
PWC is a force for good in our communities. This is about more than producing videos. We are honored to stand with PWC as they celebrate 50 years!
We hope to keep sharing their story as they continue building healthier, safer, and stronger communities for decades to come.
Cheers to you PWC and Congratulations! - Steph Pierce
